At Otherland, we want you to love every scent that fills your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused candles within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused candles in their original decorative packaging and secure them inside the shipping box to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
